I just want to let you know that your two men have done an outstanding job, and have been a pleasure to work with over the last two days. Their attitudes and work quality have been A+. No messing around, they have kept their hoods down… I personally extended my gratitude to them, and I am extending the same to you right now.
On Sunday afternoon I received a call about a damaged drain in the fill room of one of our customer’s plants. The line room was in the process of installing a new epoxy floor and slated to be turned back on Thursday morning.
We scanned the pipe and determined the drain was not fixable, and therefore calls were made and immediate action was taken.
In a matter of 3½ days, the floor was cut, the new SS drain and pans built by W. Soule, new SS drain pipe welded on site, and a new well was formed and concrete poured ahead of anticipated schedule. This feat could not have been completed without the efforts and support of the team members and our subcontractors. Please give a shout out for their excellence in providing the client with their request. Needless to say our customer was very happy with our quick action.
Gentlemen, in the past few months we’ve successfully started up the new coating line at a plant and the new tower at the bakery. These were both very significant, high profile projects. I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help on these projects. The mechanical installations that you were responsible for went wonderfully. It’s nice to work with a team of folks who care, communicate well, flag risks, and execute.
