Thomas R. Soule founded T.R. Soule & Son in 1946 as a small residential plumbing contractor based out of his home in Paw Paw, Michigan. Over the next two decades the company grew and in 1966 Warren Soule, Thomas’ son, incorporated the company and renamed it W. Soule & Co. In 1980, Warren’s son John Soule took over management of the company and in 2015 long-time employee Gary Cline became majority owner. Today, W. Soule is led by Brett Walters. Brett started with the company in 1997 as a metal trades apprentice. After becoming a Sheet Metal journeyman, Brett quickly aspired to Project Management, where his focus on relationships helped exponentially grow a long-standing customer account. In 2013 Brett joined the Management Team and in 2020 became President/CEO.
More than 75 years later, W. Soule is a full-service Mechanical and Fabrication contractor with over 500 employees. The company offers a range of services including the fabrication and installation of industrial process & power piping and custom sheet metal, millwright services including rigging, installation, alignment, and repair of industrial equipment and 24-hour HVAC mechanical service.
